OMEGA-3 FATTY ACIDS. 3 grams daily in divided doses.

RESVERATROL. Protection against coronary events. 20 milligrams daily.

VITAMIN D3. Immune response, anti-inflammatory, vascular health. 1,000 to 10,000 I.U. daily. (Is actually a hormone.)

CURCUMIN. Alzheimers disease. 800 to 1,000 mg daily. Needs pepper extract to make it more bio available.

B-COMPLEX. 1 tablet daily.

VITAMIN C. 2 to 5 grams daily. Protect vascular endothelium.

VITAMIN E. Preparation of mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols. 250 mg total of these 8 components.
